  • Parapet & Wall Anchoring: We avoid anchoring to the roof floor.
  • Zero Leaks: By not piercing the deck, we guarantee the integrity of the asphalt waterproofing
  • Wind Safety: Unlike ballasted systems (weights), our anchored structures withstand extreme wind loads, validated by FEM.
