Cap ends for structural tubes

In metal structure construction, especially for photovoltaic installations that require compliance with the Technical Building Code (CTE), every detail matters. Often, profiles like the #140x60x2 rectangular hollow structural section (HSS) are hard to finish or close off at their ends. These dimensions are “uncommon” and not readily available on the market, forcing costly welding, painting, or galvanizing operations. Or, even worse, leaving these ends exposed to oxidation and other issues.
